ABOUT US

The One Degree at a Time Behavior Development Program was developed by Going Against the Grain Group. Primarily designed by Professor Devin Robinson, and consulted by state certified educators, this program focuses on core principles of individuals. We work with agencies who educate or mentor individuals, as well as parents and individuals seeking self-improvement. Going Against the Grain has multiple divisions that all work in unison to add value-based literature and training to the lives of individuals.
This program is scalable and uniquely serves each entity addressing specific areas:

●"Freshmen First" - Universities and Colleges
●"Discipleship Development" - Religious Organizations
●"Student Retention" - Alternative and Public Schools
●"E.X.C.E.L." - Community Organizations
●"Refusing Recidivism" - Youth Rehabilitation Centers

Program
Our program is adaptable for any structured schedule as it is a supplement and not a replacement to ongoing activities. We continue to work with schools, community organizations, churches and other agencies to help produce positive results.

Training
This program (without the curriculum) can be experienced privately with no necessary training. For group administration, we visit your facility to administer complimentary training, with agency bulk orders. We provide training to facilitators you select.
